Introducing Jonnie 3:16 - a Christian Hip-Hop artist from the west side of Sydney. Once caught up in drug addiction/dealing, alcoholism, gang life and crime, he now rolls around the West sharing his stories of life and preaching the message of hope through hip-hop.
Having had a powerful encounter with Jesus Christ in Parklea prison in 2005, and then finally surrendering to the call of Christ in 2009, Jonnie 3:16 counts himself blessed to now have the chance to serve the Lord along side The Commission and use his passion for music to minister life to others.
Jonnie sums up his life in one scripture: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
