Tim
Turner is one of the leaders for The Commission in Queensland
Australia. Along with D4C, he is eager to reach the lost through the
gifting of hip hop and has a strong focus on discipleship.
Tim started out as a member of “Joel Turner & The Modern Day Poets" and he wrote Joel's Triple platinum number one single “These Kids” which took Australia by storm.
In 2005, Tim felt led by God to let music go for a while and concentrate on bible academics. He studied the word at HolyFire Ministry Training School where God changed his life and began to prepare him for ministry.
Now Tim takes any opportunity to share the gospel through his music and testimony.
He has released an independent album titled Grace and can also be heard on upcoming Commission releases including Genesiz new album to be released in 2011.
The Commission are glad to have him join the team and are excited to see what God does as we venture interstate in partnership with both Tim Turner & D4C.
